- Ai use policy | Kindness Unfolded
Our AI Use Policy Hi friends, We hope this message finds you well and grounded — in heart, in purpose, and in your growth journey. 🌱 As we all know, the world is constantly shifting. New tools and technologies continue to reshape how we learn, communicate, and work. One of the biggest changes in recent years has been the rise of AI — a tool that, when used thoughtfully, can offer support, clarity, and insight for learners at every level. We love that learning is becoming more accessible and that help is only a few clicks away for so many. That said, like any tool, AI can be misused. And when that happens, we risk missing out on the very growth, reflection, and discovery that these programs are designed to offer. To support healthy learning habits and uphold the integrity of our programs, we have established the following AI use policy across all training courses, internship tracks, and card making: ✅ How you can use AI to support your learning: To explain a topic or help you better understand course content To expand on an assignment prompt so you feel more confident engaging with it To gather more background information about a concept you’re exploring To brainstorm ideas (e.g., for writing or creative prompts) To strengthen your responses by helping you refine your ideas or phrasing To help manage your time, planning, or focus 🚫 What’s not okay: Copying and pasting AI-generated answers directly into coursework, forum posts, chat groups, or program submissions as your own Using AI tools to complete assignments or reflections without adding your voice, experience, or thought process Replying to a volunteer with an AI generated text We trust our learners — and we believe in your voice. If AI-generated content is suspected, we may use detection tools to verify and may ask that you revise and resubmit the work. If you continue to use completely AI after being warned, you may be kicked out of you program or role. Let’s treat AI like what it is: a helpful tool, not a replacement for the heart of your learning. We’re here to support your growth, and we’re excited to see how you continue to learn, lead, and create with integrity. If you have any questions, please contact us.
