Ambassador Training
Welcome to your Ambassador Training! 💕
This is where your journey as a Kindness Unfolded leader begins.
Read through the Welcome Kit to fully understand the program. Here is an overview.
💖 1. What It Means to Be an Ambassador
As an Ambassador, you are:
-
A leader of kindness in your school or community
-
A voice for positivity online
-
A helper to those who may need support or encouragement
-
A connector — bringing people together through kindness
Your role is about inspiring others to take small steps that lead to big change. 🌍
🌼 2. Understanding Our Mission
Kindness Unfolded exists to spread empathy, hope, and understanding through creative projects, youth leadership, and community action.
Every poem, club, post, and project you help with contributes to a global movement for good.
You’re not just a participant — you’re a changemaker. 💫
🌷 3. Core Values to Represent
When you lead as a Kindness Unfolded Ambassador, always reflect our core values:
✨ Empathy – Listen and understand others’ feelings.
🌿 Respect – Treat everyone with kindness and fairness.
🌈 Inclusivity – Everyone belongs and has something to offer.
💪 Integrity – Be honest, reliable, and stay true to your word.
💖 Positivity – Focus on uplifting others, even in small ways.
Training guide
🪴 Step 1: Kindness Academy & Micro-Trainings:
To get started, complete any 5 courses from either:
-
Kindness Academy Courses — full lessons that explore empathy, emotional intelligence, and mental wellness.
-
Micro-Training Library — short, bite-sized modules that focus on creativity, communication, and community engagement.
These trainings help you build the foundation to be an effective, compassionate ambassador.
💬 Step 2: Kindness in Action
Once you’ve finished your trainings, it’s time to put what you’ve learned into practice!
Choose a kindness project to complete and document your experience. The list of projects you can choose from are in the Welcome Kit you received. Email kindnessunfolded.connect@gmail.com if you did not receive a Welcome Kit, or you have a project you want to do that isn't listed.
Email photos or a short reflection to share how your project made an impact.
